What you should know

The hotel beautifully melds Roman architecture with modern luxury, making it a stunning retreat! The staff demonstrated incredible support in organizing transfers and suggesting wonderful dining options which made our stay truly memorable.

Though the city ambiance is captivating, the noise from nearby bars and restaurants can be disruptive, especially at night. Additionally, we encountered challenges with room cleaning schedules and air conditioning functionality that marred our comfort.

our stay at nh collection palazzo was delightful. the junior suite was very spacious, providing plenty of room for us to unwind. the daily cleanliness was exceptional, thanks to the fantastic cleaning staff. we found the hotel in a perfect location, just a short walk to the main attractions, making it easy to explore.

I loved the cozy atmosphere with the relaxing jazz music playing in the evenings and my room’s big rooftop balcony was perfect for morning coffee. There’s also a nice bar for cocktails and a space to unwind with a pool table. The only thing I noticed was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but overall it didn't take away from my great experience. 😊

Waking up to a vibrant breakfast buffet was a real treat, with an array of dishes that spark joy. The staff were warm and attentive, making our stay feel truly special.

However, the wi-fi was frustratingly unreliable, disconnecting frequently which made planning our days a bit challenging. A little improvement here would elevate the experience significantly.
